FREE INFORMATION

  • Of late there has been an increasing number of individuals attempting to sign for, pay and pick up items on behalf of the registered hirer, this practice does not fall in line with the new personnel/work place hire categories as outlined on the home page. The Individual who makes the booking on the webpage is required to attend the hire store, sign the hire agreement and pay the hire fee, then and only then are they free to nominate someone else to pick up their hire item.
  • If you are hiring a jumping castle for the first time please be aware there is a requirement to undergo training in the setup, use and pack up of the jumping castle, allow approximately an hour for this to be completed. The training is only conducted by the hire store staff, the hirer once trained cannot train other individuals and the training conducted by the hire store staff is only relevant to jumping castles hired from the AWMA Amenities Fund. It is not a requirement to do the training on the day of pickup, to make alternative arrangements please contact the hire store. Remember if you do not complete the jumping castle training, you will not be permitted to hire any of the jumping castles.

Double Toboggan Update

Until further notice double/tandem toboggans are no longer available for hire thru the AWMA Hire Store.
The small QTY that was available for hire have cracked and become unsafe to use.
We are also being informed that the snow fields staff are scrutinising tobbogans for suitability to be used on there snow fields with our ones being deemed unsuitable.
Once we gain clear direction from the snow field operators of the type/style required we will investigate the feasibility of purchasing a small QTY to supplement our single toboggan and super carve fleet.
